Summary:

Deloitte is actively hiring for Business Analysts experienced in the Insurance domain who has prior experience of working in the life Insurance / Health Insurance industry. We are looking for a candidate that understands the various products, processes and systems involved with the insurance business.

Associate will need to have a minimum of five years of Business Analyst experience to be eligible for the role.

Role Description:

• Associate will be part of Digital Transformation projects with Insurance companies supported by Deloitte
• Should be able to exhibit digital transformation experience of delivering Insurance products
• Is expected to work with end client business stakeholders (global experience is added advantage), transformation colleagues and technology teams while delivering requirements on the assigned programs
• Should have experience and be comfortable working in Agile environment - Adept in scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, delivery, retrospectives), lead demos, aid in story grooming and release planning with Product Owners. Certification is an added advantage. Should be familiar with Jira
• Is expected to have hands-on experience in requirements management with end business users and SMEs- requirement gathering and impact analysis
• Is expected to work with Tech Leads on system design principles, architect the system integration and workflows to streamline target operation processes
• Should have experience in writing Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
• Should have experience in process mapping, conducting gap analysis of current and future state, and analyse data to facilitate informed decision making. Prior experience in mapping processes on MS Visio is an added advantage
• Associate will be responsible for the understanding and contributing to the technical solution from design to implementation and should be able to demonstrate experience of working with development and testing teams during the development lifecycle
• Associate will be involved in planning and executing UAT, migration, change management
• Demonstrate good communication, articulation, and stakeholder management skills and be able to resolve any escalated issues with the relevant stakeholders and ensure the project deliverables meet the defined objectives
• Should be able to identify any project risk and impacts, and provide recommendations to mitigate or manage the risks
• Should be able to articulate change management experience
• Should be able to Plan project milestones, resources and budgets with Tech Leads
• Domain Experience in insurance can span one or many of the following

Insurance:

• Should have experience in the insurance / health insurance industry. The candidate must be able to understand the systems used in the insurance industry and their functionality.
• Should have experience in Insurance data lake / combining multiple data sources
• Should have experience in in FE customer journeys - Distribution on insurance-platforms
• Should have experience in contact centre / offshoring migrations work/ transitioning- filenet/ scanning/ workflow area
• Life Insurance and Employee benefit insurance products knowledge is preferred

Summary:

Deloitte is actively hiring for Business Analyst experienced in the Banking domain and Digital Transformation initiatives, specifically in Payments (Domestic / International Payment Schemes, end-to-end Payments lifecycle experience, Corporate payments).

Associate will need to have a minimum of seven years of Payments Business Analysis experience to be eligible for the role.

Role Description:

• Associate will be part of Digital Transformation projects with Global Banks supported by Deloitte
• Should be able to exhibit digital transformation experience of delivering Banking products
• Is expected to work with end client business stakeholders, transformation colleagues and technology teams while delivering requirements on the assigned programs
• Should have excellent communication, articulation, and stakeholder management skills
• Should be able to articulate change management experience
• Should have experience and be comfortable working in Agile environment
• Demonstrate experience in coordinating business stakeholders, development and testing teams during the development lifecycle
• Ability to work in fast paced environment; possess excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Desirable to have experience with backlog management tools (e.g. Jira)
• Desirable to have designing, developing, and maintaining complex applications using TDD and BDD practices

Payments:

• Overall, needs to exhibit excellent knowledge of end-to-end lifecycle of payments - initiation, processing, clearing and settlement
• Knowledge of International and Domestic Payments / Schemes
• Knowledge of Cross border payment schemes like SEPA / Target 2 / CHAPS / SWIFT messages (MT, pain., pacs. series) is an added advantage
• ISO20022 migration experience is an added advantage
• Working knowledge of various SWIFT messages associated to the settlements / corporate actions flows used by banks in various markets.
• In-depth understanding of Clearing, Settlements & Corporate Actions processing and associated systems and flow
