The Team

Work you\'ll do as a Consultant

The primary role of a Consultant is to be responsible for managing specific sub-work stream (or sub-modules) within a broader project. Consultants on engagements report into the team lead/ Engagement manager and are responsible for end to end delivery of the sub-work stream allocated to them.

Core Skills expected when we ask for a React Native consultant:

• Firm grasp on JavaScript (and TypeScript or ClojureScript) for building components, application logic and services.
• Strong ability to work with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts
• Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle (Android Studio, IntelliJ etc.)
• Should have worked on REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage. Should have leveraged native APIs for deep integrations.
• Should be able to operate effortlessly within concepts such as JSX, Virtual DOM or component lifecycle
• Should be experienced with React Navigation and Redux.
• Should be familiar with React-cli in addition to Expo-cli.
• Knowledge of database tools like Realm/Firebase.
• Should have experience of transitioning existing React web apps to React Native.
• Ability to build pixel-perfect UIs across both iOS and Android platform.
• Having knowledge of Native Android, Swift, Objective-C, Java is an Add-on
• Good to have experience with automated testing suites like (Selenium, Tosca etc.)
• Experience with CRM integration is a bonus.
• Knowledge of the following tools and technologies and willingness to learn is expected:

• Bitrise - For better workflows and increased automation.
• Hockeyapp - For real-time crash reporting, collecting user feedback, managing testers, beta distribution, and so on.
• ESLint - For checking whether the code is written in compliance with JavaScript patterns.
• Jest - A zero-configuration, ready-to-use tool for testing JS code.
• Enzyme - Toolset for testing React apps.

Qualifications

Consultant: 4-5 years of experience

Professional Qualification - B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA/MS
