Responsibilities:

Consult customer organizations in their technology led transformation journey by co-creating digital strategy, vision for digital, identification of use cases, business case development and creation of strategic roadmap for execution

Consultative engagement of C-Level executives, functional leaders of prospects and existing key accounts in their digital led business transformation journey with an intention of creating pipeline for solutions and services of SDS

Generation of opportunity pipelines and mature existing opportunities by working with the Sales Teams

Lead discovery strategy work for Digital Transformation projects, develop vision for business transformation, value roadmap and levers and high-level target solution designs

Participate and moderate C-Level workshops with design thinking as a methodology for ideation and opportunity identification

Commercial deal structuring in emerging technologies viz., AI, IoT, Blockchain based deals

Lead CXO Level meetings and discussions containing topics across emerging technologies viz., AI, IoT, etc.

Good understanding of Data and AI concepts including CRISP DM Framework, Model Development and MLOps

Good understanding of AI across Industries including Manufacturing, Automotive, Heavy Engineering, Mobility, Retail and Utilities.

Response to RFPs, solution anchoring and defense of proposals - AI, IoT and Blockchain

Job Requirements / Experience:

10-12 years of relevant Management consulting experience with proven expertise and understanding in Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes

Experience of working in Digital led transformation consulting projects - 3 to 5 years

Understanding of agile delivery methodologies

Good verbal communication skills: ability to articulate thoughts and good presentation skills

Innovative thinking to deliver client centric digital solutions

Qualifications:

A master's degree in business management from leading institutes

Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) or related discipline; Business or similar.
