While your primary role as Associate Director: Search and Discovery, will be leading both the SEO and SEM functions, you will also be responsible for how our practice leverages search and discovery to drive further value to existing and prospective engagements. This includes embracing emerging technologies, creating newer, more efficient methods of delivery as well as creating thought-leadership and eminence within your function. To provide a more comprehensive view, the position would entail,

• Building and mentoring a strong, happy team of practitioners.
• Developing replicable frameworks and digital strategies (ex: acquisition strategies)
• Overseeing paid search, site optimization, display, retargeting, email across engagements.
• Creating and publishing thought leadership and eminence pieces.
• Working with functional leads to drive value across consulting
• Identifying, testing and scaling the practice keeping new emerging technologies in mind.
• Working alongside the digital offering to develop differentiated digital strategies.
• Accurately scoping, planning deliverables and timelines as a response to RFPs and pitches.
• Collaborating with different skillsets - engineers, writers, designers, technologists, analysts
• Focusing on data and strong adherence to process
• Delivering on key business metrics (ex: profitability and growth), Building long lasting client relationships
• Actively working on effectiveness entries to drive recognition for the firm
• Driving a culture of inclusion

• Strong leadership presence especially with decisions makers and stakeholders in the face of evolving business needs and priorities

• Strong communication, written and verbal.
• A passion for technology
• Openness to iteration, critique and an extreme focus on collaboration

• 12-15 years of experience with reputable agencies or brands
• Professional Qualification - B.E./B.A./B.Tech/MCA/MBA/MS
• Standard industry certifications
• In-depth working knowledge of standard software required for the function.
• Demonstrable team management and building experience.
