The team
Deloitte\xe2\x80\x99s Operations Transformation services are your entry point on the Operation Transformation journey, setting the goals, pace, and direction to fit your business objectives. Services include readiness, strategy, business case development, architecture and planning, governance and policy, and operating model transformation.
Experience: 10 years and above
Educational Qualification: Bachelor\'s degree in economics/ gender studies/ sociology/ rural development from a reputed International/ National University/ Institute with at least 8 years experience in gender studies/ gender mainstreaming in social sector projects and demonstrated experience in gender mainstreaming in TVET / skills sector/ education.
Responsibilities: Study existing scenarios within the skill ecosystem and provide recommendations considering bottlenecks and challenges faced towards gender and PwDs inclusivity. Provide suggestions to overcome lower female participation and ways to increase PwDs participation in skilling.
