The team
Deloitte\xe2\x80\x99s Operations Transformation services are your entry point on the Operation Transformation journey, setting the goals, pace, and direction to fit your business objectives. Services include readiness, strategy, business case development, architecture and planning, governance and policy, and operating model transformation.

Experience required: 10 years and above
Educational Qualification: Bachelor\'s degree in Economics/ Labour Studies/ Statistics/ Public Policy/ Social Sciences/ Engineering from a reputed University/ Institute with 8 years of relevant experience as Labour Market Expert.
Responsibilities: Study and analyze the current trends and best practices of the global and local labour markets. Conduct comparative analysis of the existing supply demand mismatch. Interview stakeholders and perform gap analysis.
