\'As a member of the Mining & Metals team you will embark on an exciting and fulfilling journey with a group of intelligent and innovative individuals. As a practitioner, you will work in teams led by partners, with colleagues and clientele belonging to metals & mining industry to develop innovative operating solutions by bringing in a broad perspective. As part of these engagements, you will develop a deep understanding of client issues, work in teams to build robust and executable solutions and articulate effectively to the client stakeholders.\' Skills required: 3-6 years (max) of professional experience in mining and metal sector. Engineer (Mining / Metallurgy / Mechanical Engineer only). MBA will be a value addition. Should have good communication and presentation skills Should have experience of working with mining and metal sector clients / industry in either of the following Business and Corporate Strategy Operations Improvement / Production efficiency Cost Reduction Market Assessment Digital Interventions Bid Advisory
