The team
Our Cloud Engineering team focuses on enabling our client\'s end-to-end journey from On-Premise to Cloud, with opportunities in the areas of: Cloud Strategy, Op Model Transformation, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration & APIs, Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure & Engineering, and Cloud Managed Services. We help our clients see the transformational capabilities of Cloud as an opportunity for business enablement and competitive advantage.

Cloud Engineering supports our clients as they improve agility and resilience, and identifies opportunities to reduce IT operations spend through automation by enabling Cloud. We accelerate our clients towards a technology-driven future, leveraging vendor solutions and Deloitte-developed software products, tools, and accelerators

Role: Business Analyst

Deloitte is hiring Business Analysts to join its Cloud Engineering Practice in the Business Operations service vertical. You will work alongside other business analysts and leads and be an important member of every delivery team. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking, explain difficult concepts to non-technical users and act as liaisons between business and the technical delivery teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Capable to understand the existing product functionality and perform the feasibility checks of the new requirements
• Collaborate with the team members and clarify the business requirements.
• Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements - verbally or through written documentation - to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.
• Experience in CPG Trade promotion expert is highly preferred
• Excellent data mining and analysis skills, medium to complex
• Elicits, analyzes, specifies, and validates the business needs of stakeholders.
• Collaborates with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision.
• Conducts meetings to gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
• Identifies and establishes scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics.
• Works with stakeholders and the project team to prioritize collected requirements.
• Research, reviews, and analyzes the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements-gathering processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes.
• Participates in the QA of implemented solutions to ensure features and functions have been enabled and optimized.
• Analyzes and verifies requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
• Develops and utilizes standard templates to write requirements specifications accurately and concisely.
• Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a straightforward way comprehensible to developers/project team.
• Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
• Develops and conduct peer reviews of the business requirements to ensure that requirement specifications are correctly interpreted.
• Assists with the interpretation of customer requirements into feasible options and communicating these back to the business stakeholders.
• Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine, as necessary.

Qualifications

• A bachelor\'s degree in Business or related field or an MBA (Master of Business Administration)
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in business analysis or related field
• A history of leading and supporting successful projects
