Responsibilities

• Configures and supports the productive SAP ERP system in the SD/CS process area as member of the global IT organisation.
• Takes over support requests from the countries live in the productive SAP ERP system.
• Creates data extracts as requested by the users.
• Creates functional and technical design documents in collaboration with Solution Architects.
• Defines and writes functional specifications and end user documentations.
• Works with users to test new functions.
• Work closely with other in-house consultants in cross-module collaboration.
• Provides support of SAP S/4HANA SCM modules, including integration points with other SAP modules and non-SAP applications to ensure business processes are maintained in a non-disruptive manner.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the application management of SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC and business process management.
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree (or its equivalent) in Business administration, Logistics, Information Management or related field. Consulting background in the process implementation area is a strong asset.
• Experience in SAP ERP support for global industries.
• Experience in SAP implementation projects.
• Experience configuring and customizing of SAP modules Sales and Distribution (SD) and Customer Service (CS).
• Experience with the SCM processes in discrete manufacturing industries.
• Experience in process integration with other SAP modules, especially production and finance.
• Hands-on experience in SAP sales & logistics processes (customizing of document types, pricing, setup of sales master data, etc..) and integration with finance modules.
• The ideal candidate is SAP certified solution consultant.
• Know-how of IT support management in Service Now is beneficial.
• Technical skills and basic experiences in applications development and/or understanding of SAP enhancement mechanism (Userexits, BadIs, Enhancements) are beneficial.
