The Application Consultant for the SAP QM/LIMS area acts as E2E responsible for the Quality Management and Laboratory Information Management System topics to provide state-of-the-art solutions and services.
In this role, we require excellent knowledge of SAP QM/LIMS and the adjacent modules combined with a good understanding of associated PL2P (Plan to Produce) business processes integrated with ERP systems.
You are required to have skills in the following areas :

• Ensure customer satisfaction through proper solution design delivery, application life cycle management, and service performance monitoring while maintaining necessary internal (process, security) and external (GxP, GDPR, license) compliance.
• Operational Execution of Work with internal as well as External Experts
• Responsible for overseeing Technical Design, Development, Testing, Implementation, and Support of SAP GRC.
• Perform regular system audits to detect deviations from established procedures, role mapping, unauthorized system activity, and report findings within the GRC system
• Advises on technology changes and enhancements, bringing to the attention of the Process Owners
• Defines and conducts quality checks.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Strong written and oral communication skills
• Willingness to travel
• Ability to make difficult decisions and act autonomously
• Detailed implementation skills in SAP Quality Management and all affected processes (Inspection lot processing, results recording, Usage decision, and certificate creation – CofA, COO, COM, etc.)
• Expert knowledge in Physical sample Management
• Expert knowledge in SAP QM and process interfaces to MM, PP, PM, SD, CO and EWM
• Good knowledge of the QM-IDI interface
• Good knowledge regarding the replacement of external LIMS systems. Good knowledge in connection of measuring equipment to SAP
• Good knowledge of Smart Forms, and Adobe forms. Good knowledge of Stability Studies
• Good knowledge of QM Cost accounting and reporting
