Requirements/ Key responsibility:
2- 5 yearsexperience on Amazon connect voice engineering technologies
Basic understanding of VoIP, SIP, QoS, H.323
Understanding Unified Communications
Basic understanding of Windows & Linux
Familiarization with cloud environments (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
Fie9, M365 Teams, AWS Connect
Understanding and Troubleshooting Contact Center/ACD
Avaya Aura 8 applications (CM, AES, AEP, CMS, SM, SMGR, SBCE)
Understanding and Troubleshooting Call Recording/Quality Monitoring/Workforce Management Systems
Excellent communication skills
Education: Any Graduate
