Physiotherapist

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans Implement therapeutic programs to improve mobility, strength, and coordination Diagnosing and treating patients with musculoskeletal problems Recommending the services and products to the patients for their treatment Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and injury prevention Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Stay updated with the latest techniques and best practices in physiotherapy

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Must have 0 - 1 year of experience in practicing physiotherapy and treating patients with musculoskeletal problems. Freshers are most welcome. Bachelors in Physiotherapy (completed 6 months internship) or Masters in physiotherapy. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

WHAT WE OFFER:

Training - will be given on MTD Techniques, Mckenzie, Maitland, Mulligan, Neuro dynamics Kinetic Controls, etc. Any 8 hrs Shift between 7am to 9pm for Mumbai candidates and for Delhi candidates (8am- 8pm) shift. 6 days working / Any 1 day week off . Salary up to 4.75 LPA for MPT, up to 3.5 LPA for BPT (depending on Clinical Knowledge & Experience). 1.5 years Bond is applicable. There would be 2 rounds of Interview- 1) CLINICAL 2) MANAGEMENT

LOCATION: 1) Mumbai - Marine Lines/ Borivali/ Andheri/ Linking Road

Training will be at Ghatkopar/ Kurla for 1 month

LOCATION: 2) Delhi- Gurgaon

Training will be at GREATER KAILASH for 1 month.

LOCATION 3) Bangalore- Jayanagar/ Malleshwaram

Training will be at Malleshwaram for 1 month
