Inviting applications for the role of Consultant _ Oracle Finance Functional

In this role, you will be responsible for Implementation of Planning Central, Demand Management, Sales and Operation Planning which requires knowledge and understanding of the manufacturing Modules . Moreover, awareness of the integrations and coordination with multiple teams is expected.

Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Analyze As-Is Processes and craft the optimized To-Be Processes

\xc2\xb7 Perform Design Validation and identify areas of improvement

\xc2\xb7 Detailed documentation including Business Requirements Documents, test plans etc.

\xc2\xb7 Must be able to exercise discretion and judgment with little to no supervision in carrying out daily tasks.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent research, analytical, and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.

\xc2\xb7 Good project & time management skills \xe2\x80\x93 ability to handle multiple priorities, organize work and meet deadlines.

\xc2\xb7 Drive requirement gathering, Fit-Gap, Solution Design, Build, CRP, SIT, UAT, Cutover/Go-Live and post production support for above applications.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

\xc2\xb7 CA, MBA etc. with relevant knowledge and experience in Finance & Accounting

\xc2\xb7 Experience with Oracle Applications/e-Business Suite R11i &R12 performing the technical work with design and Development skills coupled with implementation skills and Production support.

\xc2\xb7 Extensive development of Interfaces and Conversions for processing and validating the input data with Oracle Applications Base Tables.

\xc2\xb7 Good Understanding of Oracle Applications concepts with various modules like AP,GL,AR , CM and FA .

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

\xc2\xb7 CA, MBA etc. with relevant knowledge and experience in Finance & Accounting

\xc2\xb7 Extensive experience with Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud in Finance modules is critical.

\xc2\xb7 Should have experience in Oracle Implementation and Support

\xc2\xb7 Commanding knowledge in Accounting and Business Process Flows.

\xc2\xb7 Deep knowledge of Oracle GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, FAH.

\xc2\xb7 Good communication and customer facing skills.

\xc2\xb7 Tried capability in designing solutions and providing process consulting.
