  • Full time Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Engineering, Business, science or Accounting.
  • Experience in banking, financial or insurance industry handling cross border projects
  • Minimum 12 years of experience with atleast past 5 to 7 years in process improvement role using lean six sigma in BFSI domain
  • Comfortable working with large amount of data, graphical tools and statistical analysis
  • Excellent presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter, quick learner and ability to work with virtual teams
  • Black Belt or Master Black Belt certified
Others :
  • Work shift has considerable overlap with USA morning/ early afternoon time
  • Stakeholder management skills is required to engage with US leaders, process owners & teams to execute projects
  • This is an individual contributor role and may entail mentoring other BB\xe2\x80\x99s
