Job Position: Indirect Taxation

Job Location - Gurugram

Working Days - 06 days

Note:

1. Candidates from consulting firms are preferred.

2. CA certified is mandatory

3. Male candidates preferred.

Role and responsibilities:

1. Client engagement- respond and resolve concerns within expected timeline , Ensure timely deliverables (technical and non-technical) execution,

2. Responsible for GST compliance and should possess expert knowledge on GST.

3. Review of monthly tax computations under GST

4. GST Annual Return and Audit Report

5. Provide GST advice to team members, Customers and Suppliers,

6. Advise on tax implications for new business deals etc.

7. Handling Indirect Tax Litigation

8. Proactively handle day to day queries from clients

9. Ensure timely planning and completion of activities against deadline

10. Hands on technical knowledge of GST law.

11. Expertise in Indirect Taxation that includes Compliance, Advisory and Departmental audits/ representation/ scrutiny/ Notices, Assessments

12. Working knowledge & extensive practical exposure of Indirect Taxation that includes Service Tax, VAT and other state taxes and extensive knowledge of GST.

13. Ability to apply expertise in a consultative role, Superior Team/ client Handling abilities, Team worker.

14. Good Writing Skills

15. Pre & Post GST implementation across sectors- SEZ Developers, Textile Industry, Education, Construction Industry.

16. GST health checkup and regular compliance

17. GST advisory on business re-structuring, process & critical issues on tax implications.

18. GST advisory on critical issues related to pre & post GST implementation.

19. Conduction of service tax audit, co-ordination with department and final submission with audit department.
20. Hearing before service tax, GST & VAT authorities.
