Handling complaints and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely fashion
Understand and manage personal performance (includes Productivity, Quality, On time login, SLA for Complaints) on daily basis

Candidate should be comfortable with 6 days working.
15-20 days training will be conducted in office (You will be required to travel to office)
Work Mode - Hybrid i.e. Travel to office is needed 3-4 days a week. However, this may change if in case you are not able to manage work from home and need guidance you can be called to office on daily basis if required.
