Position Name: Consultant Gynecologist.DEPARTMENT - SENIOR DOCTORGRADE- Sr MANAGERSUB FUNCTION -SENIOR DOCTORExp: 1 to 3 yrsEducation: MBBS + MD/MS/DNB in Gynecologist.Budget: 1.2 to 1.5 per month (only deduction will be 10% tax rest take home)Stipend during fellowship: 60k2. Minimum commitment period of 3 yrs. and standard commitment period of 5 yrs.2.1. Amount associated with commitment would be 60 Lakhs.3. There\'s no specific location for new center\'s as of now, since the construction of center will only begin ones the doctor as been shortlisted.4. Age limit of candidate: 30 to 33 yrs not more than that.5. Preferable female candidates.6. If a candidates has her own maternity home or anyone in her family has a maternity home or clinic then we can\'t consider those candidates.7. Doctor has to quit private practice if they are selected.If selected for OPD setup Fellowship will be for 3 months.1.2. If selected for Main clinic Fellowship will be for 4 months.1.3. Accommodation will be taken care by Organization, food and travel has to be taken care by candidate himself.1.4. Fellowship certificate will be given to doctor ones he completes his service.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESPatient Counseling with sympathy & personal touch so to increase visitor\'s conversion to ET or Re-registration of failed Patients. - Patient Care & Infertility/Antenatal management as per SOP, include but not limited to: - History Taking, Inspecting/Examining/Investigating Patient, - Treatment Plan Making, prescribing Medicine, - Ovarian Stimulation/Trigger, performing USG/follicular/Endometrial Monitoring, - Ovum Pick Up/Embryo - Managing Voluntary Commercial Donor, - Antenatal patients Management - Treating admitted Inpatients, Attending & managing Emergencies, Referring Patient etc - Handling patients Complaints & address their Grievances. - Cordial Coordination with Centre Head, Colleague Sr. Consultants, Hospital Staff for all the services towards Patient management & smooth functioning of Center. - Constant Training & development of Jr. Doc/ Nursing/OT/PCPNDT/MRD staff. - Proper Documentation & ensuring all compliances as per MCI/ICMR/ART/PCPNDT etc Guidelines. - Regular checking of various consents to meet out all medico legal compliances. - Participation in various Marketing Campaign on various media platforms & Awareness Camp. - Participation in various Clinical Research & Academic program carried out at the center.
