Description
To monitor other team members Java development work and track the progress .
Candidate should enough capable to do coding for assigned task along with lead responsibilities.
Should be capable to plan others work and deliver the work on time.
Be responsible for delivering the work his team member ,understanding requirements, identifying and documenting technical solutions and doing development on Java.
Should have enough knowledge on SDLC process and Agile methodology.
Hand on experience on Java, J2EE,spring,hibernate,EJB.
WebSphere application server knowledge is must.
Delivering the planned software changes on-time every time with zero defects.
High capacity of learning new systems, even with minimal documentations.
Take ownership and responsibility for assigned work and have capabilities to lead the team.
Oracle sql,plsql,linux -secondary technology
Good team player, punctual and communicative.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Good oral and written communication.
Education: Any Graduate
Industry: IT-Hardware/Networking, Telecom
