With a strong digital footprint and a growing network of schools, we are building a scalable performance-driven model in the K12 education sector.The Management Trainee/Sales Consultant will play a critical role in expanding UniApply's footprint by:- Hunting and onboarding schools with multiple branches.- Identifying revenue potential and securing partnerships with schools.- Managing daily sales reporting and delivering consistent performance.- Extensively covering ground and traveling to meet decision-makers.- Responsible for managing end to end sales cycle from prospecting to closure and payment collections.- Cross-collaborating with the delivery department to ensure commitments to clients are met in line with agreed numbers.What we're looking for- Prior experience in the education B2B sector, preferably working with schools.- Strong background in selling digital inventories, admission-based models, affiliate marketing, or ERP solutions for schools.- Willingness to travel extensively and drive school-level partnerships.Who we areAt Meritto we believe in building more than just solutions.
