Identify opportunities to simplify processes through digital tools and automation.
HR Domain Experience
Deliver end-to-end automation projects - from idea to implementation.
Use platforms such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and RPA tools.
Pilot new technologies (e.g., Copilot, AI solutions) to enhance productivity.
Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure successful adoption.
Hands on automation tools and best practices
Skills:
Strong understanding of automation tools (Power Platform, RPA).
Knowledge of AI and emerging technologies.
Good problem-solving and project management skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
