• Active Directory and Group Policy Objects, including configuration, and deployment
• Working on New Domain Controllers build and decommissioning.
• Plan and execute Active Directory Domain level upgrades.
• Manage AD Incidents, Requests and Problem management.
• Patch management on domain controllers. Deployment of MS security hotfixes
• Assist in designing, implementing and evaluating applications, systems and utilities relevant to Active Directory services.
• Partner with security and risk teams to implement and maintain security polices and configurations in accordance with corporate requirements
• Manage and advise technical support and application teams to assist in the on-boarding of new systems into the PAM service.
• Candidates may be required to Provide end-user training and PAM infrastructure management.
• Accurately maintain all documentation as it relates to configuration, processes, service records, asset inventories, topologies, administration manuals, job instructions, support contacts etc.
• Perform PAM administration activities in accordance with security standards to ensure that passwords are accessible to appropriately authorized users only.
• Provide out of hours support and change delivery for PAM service (on a rota basis)
• Entitlement management of the PAM environment, including growth and capacity planning

Required Technical CompetenciesPrimary Skills:

• Hands on Experience on Privileged Access Management. There are many vendors in market for this application like CA-PAM/CyberArc etc .Out of which one vendor is (One Identity PAM vendor). If the candidate has hands on on One Identity PAM that would be a added advantage.
• Should have 4-7 Years of experience
• Need to assist with Disaster recovery in real time scenario of PAM solution as a whole.
• Should have worked on PAM implementation or being a part of the process.
• Day to Day troubleshooting on PAM related issues like
• 1) User access privilege
• 2) Unble to access issues
• 3) P1 ticket involving PAM down scenario for a particular region issues
• 4) Co-ordinate with other teams like network and Firewall team to reach to a solution.
• AD group policy management at Domain and local level.
• Worked in DNS related issues.
• Decomissioning Domain controller .Co-ordinate with teams to check the dependencies on the domain controller before decomisisoing the same etc.
• Troubleshooting GPO management issues.
• Track login issues of Functioanl accounts. Help in suggesting improvement on access oriented issues
• Worked on Active Directory user creation and Deletion.
• Should be good in VMware skills
• Netigating challenges related to the user detail change and its implication on user access to other applications.
• ITIL process of ticket management for Active directory related and PAM related issues.
• Discussing the user tickets on daily call . By identifying the challenges which are coming as a roadblock to resolve the issue.

Certifications Required (Preferable)

• SC - 300 Microsoft Identity and access Administrator
• One Identity Safeguard Foundation Training
• Mandatory: Cloud Solutions Architect professional, Identity and Access Administrator
• Mandatory - ITIL V4 foundation
• Desirable: Cloud Network Engineer Associate, VMware Certified Professional
• (6 months post joining / before promotion)
