Overview: The Sales and Marketing Representative in the construction industry plays a vital role in driving sales, fostering client relationships, and promoting company products and services within the construction sector. Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and ensure the company\'s growth within the construction market. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including contractors, architects, developers, and other stakeholders within the construction industry. Product Knowledge and Presentation: Possess in-depth knowledge of the company\'s products and services, effectively communicating their features and benefits to potential clients. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase offerings. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors. Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for growth and new market segments. Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns specifically targeting the construction industry. This could involve digital marketing, trade shows, industry publications, and other relevant channels. Sales Monitoring and Reporting: Track sales performance, prepare regular sales reports, and provide analysis of market trends and customer feedback to the management team. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring terms that are favorable for both the company and the client. Skills and Qualifications:
