Job Description
:
1. Candidate must be from Engineering background.
2. Exposure into Infrastructure projects is essential.
3. Must possess good understanding of the prevalent construction practices.
4. Execution and monitoring the various types of structures excavation, RCC, Shuttering, signaling and telecommunication.
5. Monitoring & supervising and achieving daily targets and monthly targets
6. Maintain optimum productivity of Plant & Machinery, Labor .
7. Planning and arranging Logistics especially in confined work space.
8. Plan and manage simultaneous site activities of projects and meet deadlines.
9. Billing Certification of Subcontractors and Vendors in regular basis.
10. Co-ordination with client/ Engineer for certification of activities.
11. Co-ordination of E&M team for interface activities
12. Ensuring that the Company maintains high standards of quality in the services.
13. Effective internal controls are in place for achieving the desired quality of services in the projects assigned.
14. Should have overall knowledge of signaling and telecommunication.
