As part of our Asset Services / Construction Management team, you are in charge of the calculation and budgeting of refurbishment projects. Before we buy an asset, we need to evaluate them under the aspect of refurbishment costs, risks and potential.

Your role

• Support the construction management team in performing technical diligence and budget calculation of apartments and houses on the basis of exposes and photos
• working closely with the acquisitions teams to evaluate property purchasing decisions
• Working closely with our construction managers on getting technical consultancy

Requirements

• experience in construction and technical experience is a plus (no must-have)
• you are organized, structured and reliable
• Good general PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Fluent in written and spoken English and a good understanding of the German language is key.
