Micro Tech ProFit Agro India Private Limited is a collaborative partnership between ProFit Agro Israeland Micro- Tech CNC India. Using Agri technology from Israel and manufacturing expertise from our Indian partners we provide innovative farming solutions for agricultural structures under protective cultivation and hydroponics forsustainable and scalable farming in India. Job title: Technical Project Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to supervise and administer sophisticated construction projects in the agriculture building sector. The Technical Project Manager will be accountable for orchestrating all facets of project implementation, guaranteeing prompt and efficient completion while adhering to budgetary limitations. The preferred candidate will exhibit a robust technical aptitude in construction project management, exhibit exceptional organizational and leadership competencies, and possess an extensive comprehension of construction methodologies and procedures. Job Responsibilities: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, tasks, and resources (manpower, equipment, and materials). Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor progress, track tasks, and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets. Hire contractors and allocate responsibilities to the project team. Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics, and other staff, providing guidance and support as needed. Allocate and manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget. Optimize resource utilization and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Engage and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and senior management. Understand their needs and expectations and ensure alignment with project goals. Drive process improvements and best practices in project management methodologies. Identify opportunities to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards, promptly reporting any issues. Plan and schedule all construction operations and intermediate phases to ensure deadlines are met. Evaluate project progress and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and legal requirements. Review and negotiate contract terms, change orders, and claims to protect the interests of all parties involved. Identify opportunities to enhance project management processes, methodologies, and tools. Implement lessons learned and best practices to optimize project outcomes. Requirements and Skills: Bachelor\'s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Additional certifications in project management are highly desirable. Experience working on-site, primarily in field-based projects. Capability to travel as required for project needs. Extensive knowledge of project management principles, earthworks, and steel construction practices for a project with a greater budget than 2 million USD. Knowledge of the industry\'s quality, health, and safety standards. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with global entities. Familiarity with contract management and legal requirements in construction projects. Expertise with MS Office, AutoCAD/D3 or comparable applications, and project/construction management software. Strong organizational, time-management, and leadership skills; effective team player; authoritative, dependable, and honest; committed to self-improvement.
