Job Description
Must Have skills 1. Implementation experience of MES (Apriso/Proficy/SAP ME MII etc) OR a EAM application (IBM Maximo/Infor EAM/SAP PM) 2. Thorough knowledge of manufacturing process for auto/process/IMC/Lifesciences etc. Knowledge of OT layer components and shop floor architecture. 3. Knowledge of IOT layers and ability to build IOT solutions/use cases 4. Sales and customer advisory skills for revenue generation. Lead sales initiative by advising customer on appropriate solution. 5. Knowledge or experience on predictive maintenance and quality solutions for manufacturing. Good to have skills . Detailed knowledge on Lifesciences/pharma manufacturing process . Cloud exposure to Azure/AWS understanding of Edge Computing for predictive use cases . Knowledge and experience on PLCs and control automation, sensors, edge, gateway devices, AI/ML Roles & Responsibilities 1. Engage with TCS account teams and senior customer stakeholders to lead IOT and OT opportunities and convert into win 2. Lead COE efforts in the geo and build relationships across accounts and develop COE charter 3. Support solution/POC build activities 4. Drive innovation workshops, client visits in PacePorts Generic Managerial Skills Lead and anchor high value RFPs and lead cross functional teams Desired Candidate Profile BACHELOR OF ENGINEERING
