Background: Confluence Unity is Citi\'s platform of choice for the production of Financial Statements for investment funds managed by its institutional clients. Our Global Unity Support team (UST) in Gurgaon is being expanded to support global business growth. The expectations and skills required for a role in this key team are listed below: Key Responsibilities / Functions / Role: Act as Confluence Unity system Subject Matter Expert supporting the global financial reporting teams based in North America, Australia, Luxembourg, Singapore, UK and Ireland as well as in Gurgaon Prepare & maintain maps, tables & business data functions (BDFs) in Unity to generate Financial Statements including Statements of Investments, for new and existing clients Work with Operational teams for testing and sign off. During migration focus on transparency, timely escalation, cross-site collaboration, collating and sharing lessons learned Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create custom reports for other reporting where possible Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions Create detailed business requirements documents, as needed, liaising with end-users & Tech partners or external vendors Plan, prepare and execute testing of the enhancements (UAT & PROD) with relevant stakeholders Perform regression testing, flag issues with testing in a timely manner and track them to closure training and pre-/post-implementation support. Once production is live, manage a production support process to resolve issues identified by the operational teams Required knowledge/ Experience: Experience with Programming Language (eg JAVA, SQL), Databases eg Oracle, Dashboard reporting Proficient in all elements of Microsoft Office. Advanced Macro skills with Microsoft Excel Desirable knowledge / Experience: Experience in a technical system support role advantageous, particularly experience working with Confluence Financial Reporting platform Fund accounting / Financial Reporting for hedge funds or mutual funds Business Analyst / UAT Tester experience Third level degree or higher in relevant field Essential Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills Analytical skills, trouble-shooting and problem-solving ability.
