About the Role:

With the changing environment and dynamic nature of the wedding industry, brides and their families often face the dilemma of selecting the right kind of vendors for organising one of the most awaited celebratory events in their life. As a part of concierge, our team offers complementary consultation to brides to resolve their queries and connect them with relevant vendors.

Specific Responsibility: * Building rapport with the brides and being able to explain to them how WeddingWire can help in planning for their wedding

• Reaching out to all brides in daily calling queue and validating their requirements
• Receiving inbound requests and assisting users with website registration process
• Conducting reviews for newly married brides to collect vendor feedbacks for services offered

Skills and experience required for the position:

• Fluent in English & Hindi
• Strong Interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft-Excel & Word
• Team player with a positive attitude to help drive team targets
• Flexibility in working on a rostered shift
• Prior B2C calling experience is preferred

Education & Experience:

Graduated from a recognised institute/university
