Job Description

Install, configure, and upgrade desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices Diagnose and repair hardware issues (motherboards, RAM, hard drives, power supplies, etc.) Perform routine system maintenance and component replacements Install and update operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) Troubleshoot software errors and application issues Remove malware, viruses, and unwanted programs Configure user profiles and settings Set up and troubleshoot LAN/WAN connections Configure routers, switches, and Wi-Fi devices Ensure proper connectivity for printers and shared resources Monitor network?related issues and escalate when necessary Set up and troubleshoot LAN/WAN connections Configure routers, switches, and Wi-Fi devices Ensure proper connectivity for printers and shared resources Monitor network?related issues and escalate when necessary Respond to user requests through phone, email, or ticketing systems Guide users through basic troubleshooting steps Provide training on computer use, applications, and safety practices Perform backups and data recovery operations Update firmware, drivers, and essential software Monitor system performance and security alerts Maintain inventory of equipment and spare parts
