The challenge
Beyond the usual responsibility of designing, developing, documentation, and thoroughly testing code, Computer Scientists @ Adobe would own features of varying complexity, which may require understanding interactions with other parts of the system, moderately sophisticated algorithms, and good design judgment. We are looking for hardworking, enthusiastic, and highly motivated engineers with a zeal and ability to understand new product features or technologies.
What you'll do
This is an individual contributor position. Expectations will be on the below lines:

• Responsible for the design and architecture of new products.
• Work in full DevOps mode, be responsible for all phases of engineering. From early specs, design/architecture, technology choice, development, unit-testing/integration automation, and deployment.
• Collaborate with architects, product management, and other engineering teams to build the technical vision, and road map for the team.
• Build technical specifications, prototypes, and presentations to communicate your ideas.
• Be well versed in emerging industry technologies and trends, and have the ability to communicate that knowledge to the team and use it to influence product direction.
• Orchestrate with the team to develop a product or parts of a large product.

• B.Tech / M.Tech degree in Computer Science from a premier institute.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in software development.
• Should have excellent computer science fundamentals and a good understanding of the design, and performance of algorithms
• Deep knowledge of cloud-native applications
• Proficient in Java/Typescript/JS Programming
• Proficient in writing code that is reliable, maintainable, secure, and performant
• Knowledge of ReactJS and having built sophisticated SPAs
• Knowledge of Azure services and/or AWS.
