Job Description

A Computer Operator/MIS Executive manages information systems by performing data entry, generating reports, managing databases, and maintaining system functionality to support organizational decision-making and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include maintaining data accuracy, troubleshooting technical issues, creating reports and visualizations, and collaborating with other departments to meet data requirements. Essential skills involve proficiency in (especially Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP), data analysis, and good communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities

• Data Management:Perform accurate data entry and maintain the integrity and accuracy of databases and systems.
• Reporting:Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, create dashboards, and analyze data trends to provide insights and support business planning.
• System Maintenance:Manage and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS), ensuring the timely update of systems and troubleshooting any issues related to operating systems, software, and networks.
• Support & Training:Provide training and technical support to staff on MIS and DTP tools.
• Collaboration:Work with various departments to understand their data requirements and provide necessary data insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Documentation:Create reports and documentation for all IT-related issues.
