We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient
Data Entry Operator
to support our FMCG operations by accurately entering, updating, and managing company data. The role requires maintaining records of sales, purchases, inventory, and distribution to ensure smooth business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and update daily sales, purchase, and stock data into ERP/Excel systems.
Maintain digital and physical records of invoices, bills, and delivery challans.
Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams for timely data collection and verification.
Ensure accuracy in product codes, pricing, customer details, and inventory entries.
Generate MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management review.
Identify data inconsistencies and resolve them with concerned departments.
Support in preparing documentation for audits, compliance, and internal reviews.
Handle confidential company information with integrity and security.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Fast and accurate typing skills.
Proficiency in
MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP systems
(SAP/Tally preferred).
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of FMCG operations (sales, distribution, and inventory) is a plus.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum
12th Pass / Graduate in Commerce or any stream
.
1-3 years of experience
in data entry, preferably in FMCG / Distribution / Retail sector.
Knowledge of
Excel formulas, Pivot tables, and reporting tools
will be an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
