Job Summary
The position is for an order assistant. Need male staff only. The candidate will be required to coordinate with clients/ internal coordination for different processes. he must be good in mathamatics & Microsoft excel. he will be required to polite, enthusiastic and hard working.
Need to have 2 wheeler. Responsibilities and Duties
Customer Communication : To communicate with customers on Call/Chat whenever required to inform possible changes in order, Resolving issues etc. Relationship Management : Maintain strong relation with the Vendors and Stores to get the things done on time, Train them for new and existing processes. Product : Candidate should be a quick learner, Understand the complete product and tools, Should be able to coordinate with multiple teams like Product, Engineering to deep dive into tech issues and resolve them. Analytics : Candidate is expected to be good in numbers, Analyze trends and issues with data and make plans to improve/resolve them.
Key Skills
1. Well versed in Excel, 2. Good knowledge of mathamatics 3. good communication skills, Good Follow up skills, Written communication skills in English
Required Experience and Qualifications
Graduate from any reputed college
