Job Description

System Monitoring:

Oversee performance, monitor error messages, and ensure continuous operation of systems and networks.

Job Scheduling:

Initiate programs, manage daily job flows, and process data according to schedules.

Maintenance:

Perform routine hardware checks, install software, apply updates, and conduct preventative maintenance.

Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, escalating complex problems as needed.

Data Management:

Handle data backups, ensure data integrity, and generate reports.

User Support:

Respond to user inquiries, provide technical assistance, and train staff on system usage.

Documentation:

Maintain technical manuals, update procedures, and keep accurate logs of activities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
