Knowledge about factories act and different Labor Act. 2. knowledge for different standards like ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SA 8000, C-TPAT etc. 3. Knowledge about labor law and factories returns. 4. Knowledge about PF & ESI act and their benefits. 5. Able to handle labor grievance. Quick decision making. 6.Timely audit for hole supply chain create the compliance need and able to implement. 7. Able to make the policies as per the requirement of different compliance and their need. 8. Liaising with Govt. departments. 9. Handling Govt. Audits and queries. Desired background and experience: 1. Should be from Mirzapur, Prayagraj, Bhadohi or Varanasi or nearby area. 2. Experience should be 3 - 6 years. 3. Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office 4. Quick Lerner and Ability to deal with external & Internal Audit support in professional manner.
