Program Compliance Officer (PCO)

Security and Privacy:

  • PCO must read, understand, and implement the responsibilities and measures described in this document.
  • The primary PCO must be based at the designated GO Site. Secondary PCO may float between two or more sites provided PCO coverage is not compromised.
  • Should have experience in the Information Security domain. Have hands-on experience of ISO, PCI DSS, ISMS, Project Management.

PCO Ownership and Accountability:
  • The PCO is responsible for functional testing and commissioning of security equipment at the site.
  • Completing sets of Owner's Operation and Maintenance Manuals and other information necessary for use and upkeep of the physical security system. Safeguarding people, data and assets through validation of global policy compliance and identification of gaps.
  • Driving accountability through increased awareness and understanding of risks associated with physical security gaps.

Employees Awareness and Training:
  • Educate and inspire other key site stakeholders to recognize and own compliance with Client's Global Security Standards.
  • PCOs must complete initial PCO training housed in KNET, and complete annual refresher training afterwards.
  • PCOs must complete all other security-oriented training administered by Client and the GO partner. PCO should serve as a resource for other employees, and said PCO should partner with Learning and Development to ensure all employees complete requisite training.

Milestones and Program Performance:
  • Ensure site performance meets and/or exceeds the standards and SLA's set forth by the Client's CS Compliance team, MSA, policies, standards, and this guide.
  • Ensure the on-time completion of all Corrective Action Plans (CAPs), and delivery of requisite support to Client's Compliance as evidence of completion.
  • Proactive notification of Client's Compliance and VM in the event a CAP will not be completed before the assigned due date. The PCO should describe mitigating controls, if any, and communicate a revised timeline agreeable to Client.
