Duties of Compliance officerCall monitoring:Listening to daily 5 random sales calls and comparing against Checklist to see if procedure was followed:In case of shortcomings, corrective action to be taken/implemented.2. Document check on each sale Near Maps report sent on or before date of Sale. Name on Electricity bill matches the name on contract and signature. Near maps report is complaint to CEC guidelines. Grid Approval is Current an match the customer profile. Customer profile has clearly mentioned:o Meter Phaseo Levels of houseo Roof typeo Roof type.
