Job Title: Compliance Officer - Healthcare Job Overview: As a Compliance Officer in the healthcare industry, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing compliance programs to ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. You will work closely with internal departments to promote a culture of compliance and ethical conduct within the organization. Skills & Requirements: \xef\x82\xb7 Good written and verbal communication skills along with good command over UK accent \xef\x82\xb7 Confident enough to work independently \xef\x82\xb7 In-depth knowledge of UK healthcare regulations and standards \xef\x82\xb7 Complete knowledge of Framework compliance process of Nurses, HCA and Support workers \xef\x82\xb7 Thorough knowledge of documents required as per Framework to comply Nurses, HCA & SW \xef\x82\xb7 Process of applying new DBS and how to check DBS update \xef\x82\xb7 How to assign trainings on various portal \xef\x82\xb7 How to run NMC revalidation and check \xef\x82\xb7 Sound knowledge of Microsoft excels to maintain and organized the data \xef\x82\xb7 Daily, weekly and monthly reporting \xef\x82\xb7 Attending weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings with client \xef\x82\xb7 Establish monitoring mechanisms to track compliance with policies and regulations \xef\x82\xb7 Coordinate and support internal and external audits related to healthcare compliance \xef\x82\xb7 Work closely with audit teams to address identified issues and implement corrective actions Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to \xe2\x82\xb935,000.00 per month Schedule:
