We treasure every talent, and recognize merit and diversity in our organization.Purpose :Candidate will support the Regional lead for DRL\'s Ethics/ Compliance program oversight and implementation for the region and/or for the business division by providing compliance training and guidance to the stakeholders, with the objective of assuring companies compliance policies/ business objectives are achieved in accordance with the applicable laws/ regulations.Business Understanding : Good Pharma understanding on OTC and Generic businessKwowledge : Indepth knowledge of health care risk and compliance requirements under law and under various medical codes applicable in some of the countries/ jurisdictionsBehavioural Skills :

• Legal and moral integrity
• Good command of English and regional language
• Good knowledge of Pharma Industry/ Marketing Code Stds
