Company Description A & B Global Mining (ABGM) is a leading niche mining consultancy based in Jaipur. Our multi-discipline team of professional consultants specializes in both underground and surface, hard-rock and soft-rock mining operations. We provide a range of mining engineering solutions, including mineral resource management, mine optimization, mine planning, and legal compliance services. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Compliance Manager. The Compliance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of regulatory and legal compliance within the organization. This includes developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures, conducting compliance audits, providing employee training, and reporting any compliance issues to senior management. Qualifications Strong knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory frameworks Experience with developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures Experience conducting compliance audits and investigations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact and effectively communicate with employees, vendors, and regulatory agencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Familiarity with the mining industry and its regulatory landscape is a plus Bachelor\'s degree in a related field, such as law, business, or engineering Relevant industry certifications, such as Compliance and Ethics Professional (CEP) or Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) are preferred.
