JOB DESCRIPTION : Experience- 5+ Years Registration, amendment & renewal of commercial establishment under Shops & Establishment Act, Contract Labour Act at PAN India Level. PF ESIC registration of new employees. Responsible for Governance of statutory compliances as per Factories act, Contact Labor act, EPF act, Employees Compensation Act, Payment of Wages Act, Payment of Bonus Act etc. Managing Professional Tax (PT) & Labor Welfare Fund (LWF) Compliances for clients. Visiting Government offices timely basis. Liaising with Government & Semi-Govt officials Obtaining the license & renewal under the contract Labour Act as per client wise & region wise Co-ordination for the compliances as per client wise and region wise on monthly basis Co-ordination for the Registers under the Contract Labour act client wise & region. Co-ordination for Half yearly return- CLRA PF ESIC Challan generation. Annual return -Maternity Act, Bonus Act, Minimum Wages Handling queries related to PF & ESIC of existing employees. Responsible for handling any claims related PF ESIC matters. Grievances handling and conducting enquiry for the client\xe2\x80\x99s employees regarding gratuity. Working Days: Mon- Sat (2nd & 4th sat off) Working Hours: 9.30 AM-6.30 PM / 10:00 AM to 7.00 PM.
