BitGo is backed by Goldman Sachs, Craft Ventures, Digital Currency Group, DRW, Galaxy Digital Ventures, Redpoint Ventures, and Valor Equity Partners.BitGo is looking for a KYC Manager for BitGo Trust Company who will report directly to our Deputy AML Officer.Responsibilities:

• Implement and execute KYC program initiatives for rapidly growing business
• Responsible for managing all aspects of the periodic KYC program
• Support compliance and operations in understanding and complying with CIP/CDD/EDD requirements
• Ensuring all client documentation is on file in accordance with internal and external guidelines
• Provide subject matter expertise on key risks identified during the EDD review process
• Lead and execute process enhancements to improve both the Onboarding and KYC platforms
• Analyze client information across multiple systems and processes
• Conduct enhanced due diligence reviews on escalated items when appropriate
• Enhance components of onboarding, client risk rating, and operational workflows
• Deliver on target and objectives in line with timelines dictated by SLAs and quality expectations
• Assist in providing reports and documentation for Audits, Regulatory Exams and management
• Participate in the annual compliance risk assessment including the implementation of corrective action plans
• Compile, analyze, and produce financial crimes metrics for senior management
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial crime-related laws, regulations, and trends

• 5 plus years of relevant experience in a compliance or risk management position.
• Knowledge of BSA, AML and KYC policies and procedures.
• Bachelor\'s degree or an advanced degree or certification or relevant experience in the field.
• Attention to detail, strong judgment, ethics and decision making skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minor supervision.
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative startup FinTech environment
