The ideal candidate will possess a basic understanding of US market rules and regulations and be prepared to conduct research and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance requirements for our various products. Key Responsibilities: Develop a foundational understanding of US market rules and regulations Conduct research and analysis to identify and understand compliance requirements at the federal, state, and local levels, collaborating with legal counsel and regulatory experts as needed. Work closely with internal teams and other relevant stakeholders to assess the regulatory impact of new products, services, and initiatives, ensuring compliance from inception to launch. Collaborate with regional teams and subject matter experts to address state-specific compliance requirements and variations, providing guidance and support as needed. Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and controls to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and mitigate compliance risks. Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of compliance programs and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Compliance, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in compliance management, with a focus on regulatory compliance in the US market. Basic understanding of US market rules and regulations, with a willingness to conduct research and collaborate with relevant teams to address compliance requirements. Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and apply them to business operations effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate regulatory concepts to non-technical audiences. Proven ability to develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and controls, and to monitor compliance effectively. Experience conducting compliance audits, assessments, and investigations, with a focus on identifying compliance risks and implementing remediation measures.
