Compliance Lead will drive regulatory advisory and ensure adherence to RBI guidelines across retail lending products. This senior role offers the opportunity to lead strategic compliance initiatives, manage inspections, and collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization.

• Lead Regulatory Advisory for retail lending products including housing loans, personal loans, digital lending, and LAP, ensuring full compliance with RBI guidelines and internal policies.
• Review and update policies & procedures across retail business operations, providing expert clarifications and guidance to internal teams.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on business processes, supporting proactive compliance strategies.
• Drive strategic projects including automation and compliance transformation initiatives, ensuring end-to-end execution and implementation.
• Manage regulatory inspections and related activities, identifying and resolving compliance risks effectively.
• Collaborate with Key Stakeholders such as Legal, Risk, Finance, Internal Audit, and Regulators to foster a strong compliance culture.

• Education: MBA Finance/CA/CS/LLB.
• 12+ years of hands-on experience in compliance within Banks or NBFC's, especially in retail lending.
• Deep understanding of RBI regulations and guidelines related to housing loans, personal loans, digital lending, and LAP.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and communicate effectively across departments.
• Skilled in interpreting complex regulations and identifying compliance risks with actionable solutions.
• Experience in driving automation and strategic compliance initiatives from planning to implementation.
• Ability to manage regulatory inspections and ensure thorough pre- and post-inspection compliance.
