This role reports to the VP, Total Rewards, with accountability for driving and influencing the design, development and execution of Hillenbrand\xe2\x80\x99s Global Compensation programs, processes and initiatives. Focus areas will be job architecture, annual salary and annual incentive planning, compensation analysis and offer development, market analysis, salary structure development, and sales compensation. This role requires the ability to lead on a variety of projects from start to finish as well as strong communication skills in supporting our global HR community.
