Compensation and Benefits Manager - India
:
What You\'ll Be Doing
- Develop, review and implement compensation and benefits programs, policies and procedures in India
- Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with current regulations
- Manage annual merit review campaign
- Develop salary ranges and regional compensation analysis
- Participate in benefits projects
- Liaise with service providers to review benefits programs and resolve any related issues
- Support ad-hoc C&B analysis and projects for the region
- Interface with Corporate to ensure alignment of C&B strategy
What We\'re Looking For
- Bachelor\'s degree in human resources management, business administration, or related field
- At least 8 years of experience in compensation and benefits related role
- Extensive knowledge of compensation and benefits programs, policies, procedures, and applicable legislation
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), knowledge in Power BI is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong people and project management skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
