Manage end-to-end IPO documentation and regulatory filings
Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI guidelines, and other statutory requirements
Draft board resolutions, minutes, and legal correspondence
Liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors, and legal advisors
Maintain statutory registers and ensure timely filings with ROC
Advise management on legal and compliance matters
Qualifications & Experience:
Qualified Company Secretary (CS)
Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in IPO and legal compliance
Strong understanding of corporate law, SEBI regulations, and listing requirements
Experience in handling board meetings, shareholder communications, and legal audits
