What You\'ll Do Work as Whole Time Company Secretary for a legal entity in India. Ensure Company law and FEMA compliances for legal entities in India and support overall statutory compliance management. Perform review and redline of commercial contracts (including sales and supply agreements, procurement contracts, etc.) in Asia-Pacific markets as needed, in accordance with Cytiva\'s internal policies and exercising sound legal and risk-based judgement. Support Commercial team in contract negotiations with customers. Assist in the preparation and review of non-disclosure agreements. Support maintenance / improvement / update of contract templates and Legal policies. Support the rollout of global Compliance initiatives e.g. training programs Support maintenance / improvement / update of Compliance policies and templates. Act as record manager under the subsidiary management policy. Who You Are Law graduate and a Company Secretary (Associate / Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India). Strong English language skills. Around 5 years of commercial contract reviewing and/or compliance experience, preferably in a reputable law firm or corporate in-house setting. Tech-savvy - comfortable with Microsoft Office 360 applications and experience working with databases; ability to learn new database systems quickly. A positive attitude. Flexibility to embrace frequent change. Champion of better, faster and simpler ways of doing things. Professional maturity - ability to work independently, prioritize and multitask, use critical thinking to take appropriate risk and make sound and timely decisions. Team player that forms strong relationships with business and functional partners. Gets stuff done - a focus on execution.
