Job Summary: The Assistant Manager/Manager (Company Secretary) will be responsible for managing the company\'s legal and compliance requirements. The role involves conducting board and committee meetings, preparation and maintenance of statutory records and documentation, drafting and vetting agreements, and coordination with auditors and service providers. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in mutual funds or the financial industry and hold a B.Com, ACS-LLB degree.
