• Oversee and manage the firm's risk and compliance protocols, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
• Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies and procedures across departments.

• Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance-related matters.
• Collaborate with legal teams to address risk management issues and mitigate potential liabilities.
• Prepare comprehensive compliance reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the legal industry.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external audits and regulatory inspections.

A successful Compliance Specialist should have:
